Caprese-Style Melon and Bocconcini Skewers

Instructions
- Simmer balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat until reduced by half, about 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Cut the melon into cubes.
- On mini-skewers, alternate threading a cube of melon, a bocconcini, and a basil leaf.
- Serve with the syrup or plain balsamic vinegar.
