Roasted Tomato Caprese Frittata

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a medium oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and cherry tomatoes, cooking until slightly charred.
- Add minced garlic and spinach to the skillet and sauté until the spinach is wilted.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring to combine, and top with mozzarella balls.
- Let the mixture sit on the burner for 4 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the frittata is set.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
