Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of the dressing for topping and spread the rest evenly on the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
- Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan evenly over the top, reserving some for topping.
- Place the sliced chicken pieces evenly across the surface.
- Bake the pizza on a foil-covered baking sheet, a preheated pizza stone, or directly on the oven rack for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped lettuce over the top.
- Drizzle with the reserved dressing and remaining Parmesan.
- Slice and serve.
