Ingredients

  • 1 12-inch Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
  • ½ cup light Caesar dressing
  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups chopped green leaf lettuce
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the dressing for topping and spread the rest evenly on the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan evenly over the top, reserving some for topping.
  4. Place the sliced chicken pieces evenly across the surface.
  5. Bake the pizza on a foil-covered baking sheet, a preheated pizza stone, or directly on the oven rack for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped lettuce over the top.
  7. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and remaining Parmesan.
  8. Slice and serve.
