Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mashing the anchovy fillets into a paste, then mix with mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and garlic. Stir in the Greek yogurt and chill.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut the French bread into cubes and bake for 5 minutes.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Drizzle over the bread cubes, toss, and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, grilled chicken, croutons, and half of the parmesan. Drizzle with dressing, toss, and serve topped with remaining parmesan.
