Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

The Salad

rotini pasta

romaine lettuce

chopped cooked chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cubed sourdough bread, olive oil, and minced garlic, then toss to coat.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Remove the croutons from the oven and season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Set aside to cool.
- In a food processor or blender, combine garlic, white vinegar, mustard, Tabasco, lemon juice, honey, and mayonnaise. Blend until minced.
- Add olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and blend until combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooled rotini pasta, chicken, croutons, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Serve cold.
