Instructions
- Prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate.
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the rotini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until it reaches 165°F, about 5 minutes on each side. Let it rest, then slice into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled rotini, chopped lettuce, croutons, and crumbled bacon.
- Drizzle the salad with the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Top the salad with sliced chicken and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
