Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente, about 11-12 minutes.
- 2. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water, then set aside.
- 3. In a blender, combine all dressing ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 4. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
- 5. Add the cooked pasta, chopped chicken, and parmesan cheese to the bowl with the lettuce.
- 6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- 7. Serve immediately or store dressing separately if making ahead.
