The dressing

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Melt butter in a pan, add sourdough bread cubes and salt, and cook until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped romaine, and parmesan cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Top with croutons and additional parmesan cheese before serving.
