Instructions
- Massage the kale with 2 teaspoons of olive oil until it darkens in color to make it more tender.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk or blend until combined.
- Toss the kale and pasta together, adding the dressing gradually until coated to your liking.
- Top with sliced toasted almonds before serving.
