Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 6 oz chopped kale
  • 14 oz canned wild caught salmon
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan
  • ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package directions and drain.
  2. Chop the kale into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
  3. Add the drained pasta to the kale and stir to wilt the kale slightly.
  4. Drain the canned salmon, remove the skin and bones, and break it into chunks.
  5. Peel and dice the hard boiled eggs.
  6. Combine the salmon, diced eggs, and shredded Parmesan with the pasta and kale.
  7. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
  8. Divide into portions for serving.
