Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package directions and drain.
- Chop the kale into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
- Add the drained pasta to the kale and stir to wilt the kale slightly.
- Drain the canned salmon, remove the skin and bones, and break it into chunks.
- Peel and dice the hard boiled eggs.
- Combine the salmon, diced eggs, and shredded Parmesan with the pasta and kale.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
- Divide into portions for serving.
