Kale Caesar Pasta Salad

Creamy Caesar Dressing
The seasoning

The cheese

Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot and season with kosher salt. Cook the pasta until al dente, then rinse, drain, and cool.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast for 12-15 minutes until softened.
- 3. Chop the kale and add it to the cooled pasta along with the roasted tomatoes.
- 4. Pour half of the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently. Add more dressing if desired.
- 5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with black pepper. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
