The dressing

mayonnaise

fresh lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce

anchovies packed in oil, drained, minced then mashed

garlic, minced

finely grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place bread pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat.
- Spread the bread evenly and bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, and ¼ cup Parmesan, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce with the dressing and toss to coat.
- Add croutons and remaining Parmesan, then toss again.
- Serve immediately.
