chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cubed sourdough bread, olive oil, and minced garlic, then toss to coat.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Remove croutons from the oven and season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley, then set aside.
- In a food processor, blend garlic, white vinegar, mustard, Tabasco, lemon juice, honey, and mayonnaise until garlic is minced.
- Add olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and blend until combined, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, grated parmesan, and homemade croutons.
- Drizzle with dressing or serve on the side.
