Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the bread into ¾-inch cubes and place them on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Bake the croutons for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to make the dressing.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and water, then season with black pepper to taste.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons, then drizzle with the dressing.
- Toss the salad gently to coat the lettuce, then sprinkle with additional Parmesan before serving.
