Ingredients

The Chicken Pizza Crust

  • 20 ounces canned chicken
  • 1 unit egg
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

The Dressing

  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 unit lemon
  • 1 unit anchovy
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

The Salad

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • to taste unit parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine canned chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes, and pulse until well-combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and press it into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the crust is golden brown and firm.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the dressing by blending Greek yogurt, lemon juice, anchovy, garlic, parmesan cheese, and black pepper until smooth.
  6. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then toss it with the dressing and additional parmesan cheese.
  7. Once the crust is done, let it cool, then top it with the salad mixture and serve.
