Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine canned chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes, and pulse until well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and press it into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the crust is golden brown and firm.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the dressing by blending Greek yogurt, lemon juice, anchovy, garlic, parmesan cheese, and black pepper until smooth.
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then toss it with the dressing and additional parmesan cheese.
- Once the crust is done, let it cool, then top it with the salad mixture and serve.
