Crispy Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

The Salad Topping

chopped romaine lettuce

light Caesar dressing
The Buns

Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small dish and coat the chicken cutlets with the mixture.
- Beat the egg whites in a shallow dish and combine the shredded Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, and parsley in another dish.
- Coat each chicken cutlet in the egg whites, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
- For air frying, cook at 400°F for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes. For oven, preheat to 425°F and bake for 8 minutes on each side.
- While the chicken cooks, toss the romaine with the remaining Parmesan and Caesar dressing.
- Toast the inside of the sandwich rolls on a heated pan with cooking spray and garlic salt until golden.
- Assemble the sandwiches with a chicken cutlet, a scoop of salad topping, a squeeze of lemon, and the top bun.
