Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and toss with olive oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet and cook the seasoned chicken until browned and cooked through, then set aside to cool.
- Prepare the buttered breadcrumbs by cooking butter, Panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a skillet until golden brown.
- Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce, and slice the grape tomatoes in half.
- In a bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, cooled chicken, breadcrumbs, and Caesar dressing, then toss to mix.
- Divide the salad mixture between the tortillas, fold, and roll them up like burritos.
- Secure with a toothpick, slice in half, and serve.
