Ingredients

  • 1 burrito-sized tortilla tortilla
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup rotisserie chicken
  • 3 tablespoons homemade Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the homemade Caesar dressing.
  2. Warm the tortilla briefly on the stove until soft.
  3. Place the warmed tortilla on a sheet of parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Caesar dressing on the tortilla.
  5. Top with romaine lettuce, shredded rotisserie chicken, and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Roll up the wrap using the parchment paper as a guide.
  7. Slice in half, serve, and enjoy.
