Shredded Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps

Instructions
- Layer two leaves of butter lettuce on top of each other to create each wrap, making a total of six wraps.
- Add ⅓ cup of shredded rotisserie chicken to each wrap.
- Top each wrap with one to two tablespoons of greek yogurt caesar dressing.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of grated parmesan onto the chicken and dressing.
- Divide the toasted croissant croutons among the wraps.
- Top each wrap with freshly cracked black pepper and chopped green onion to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
