Instructions
- Slice the chicken in half widthwise and pound each piece to ¼ inch thick.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, salt, and pepper; one with whisked eggs; and one with panko and parmesan.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan and cook the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine lettuce, croutons, parmesan, and caesar dressing, and toss until mixed.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the salad mixture, tossing to combine.
- Place the salad mixture onto a wrap, roll it tightly, and cut in half to serve.
