Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 ½ cups cooked diced or shredded chicken breast
  • 1 heart romaine lettuce, chopped (about 4 cups)
  • ½ cup dry-packed or oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • cup homemade Caesar dressing or Caesar dressing of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

The wraps

  • 4 pieces whole wheat wraps or flatbreads (such as pita, naan, or tortillas)

Instructions

  1. Rehydrate dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes in hot water if using them, then drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Caesar dressing with Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add chicken, romaine, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Place a quarter of the filling into each wrap and roll snugly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Enjoy immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
