Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat the grill and cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
