Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 pound romaine lettuce
  • 12 ounces Garlic Herbed Grilled Chicken
  • ¾ cup Lemony Caesar Dressing
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • to taste freshly ground pepper

Lemony Caesar Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo
  • teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1 clove medium - large garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 zest lemon
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine, chicken, and Lemony Caesar Dressing, and toss to coat.
  2. Transfer the dressed salad to a serving bowl and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
