Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare the croutons by tossing cubed sourdough bread with olive oil and minced garlic, then bake for 10 minutes.
- For the Caesar dressing, blend garlic, white vinegar, mustard, tabasco, lemon juice, honey, and mayo, then add olive oil and grated parmesan and blend until combined.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and grill for 4-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let the grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, croutons, shaved parmesan, and drizzle with the dressing.
