Ingredients

The crackers

  • cups super fine blanched almond flour
  • 1 large egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

The egg wash

  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine almond flour, beaten egg, chia seeds, salt, and optional garlic powder in a large bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 13" x 15".
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet and cut into 1.5-inch squares.
  5. Whisk the egg with water for the egg wash and brush it over the crackers.
  6. Bake for 14-19 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool before breaking into individual crackers.
