The egg wash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine almond flour, beaten egg, chia seeds, salt, and optional garlic powder in a large bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 13" x 15".
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet and cut into 1.5-inch squares.
- Whisk the egg with water for the egg wash and brush it over the crackers.
- Bake for 14-19 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before breaking into individual crackers.
