Paleo Walnut Crackers

olive oil or grapeseed oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, salt, walnuts, eggs, and oil until well combined.
- Divide the dough into two halves.
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place each half of the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to ⅛ inch thick.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and repeat with the other half of the dough.
- Cut the rolled dough into 2 inch squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
