Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • to taste salt and pepper for topping

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. 3. Add the beaten egg to the dry ingredients and combine to form a dough.
  4. 4. Divide the dough in half and roll out each half between two pieces of parchment paper to about ⅛ to 1/16 inch thick.
  5. 5. Cut the rolled dough into 20 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Transfer the parchment with the crackers onto a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly browned.
  8. 8. Allow to cool before breaking apart and store in an airtight container.
