Low Carb Paleo Almond Flour Crackers

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
- 3. Add the beaten egg to the dry ingredients and combine to form a dough.
- 4. Divide the dough in half and roll out each half between two pieces of parchment paper to about ⅛ to 1/16 inch thick.
- 5. Cut the rolled dough into 20 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 6. Transfer the parchment with the crackers onto a baking sheet.
- 7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly browned.
- 8. Allow to cool before breaking apart and store in an airtight container.
