Rosemary and Sesame Paleo Crackers

The wet ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Grind the sesame seeds coarsely and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca starch, onion powder, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil until slightly frothy.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and knead until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a thick disk and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Remove the top parchment sheet and cut the dough into approximately 40 crackers.
- Slide the parchment paper with the crackers onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the crackers to cool completely before separating them.
