Ingredients

  • 3 cups ripe peaches, sliced and peeled
  • 1 cup fat free half and half
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the peach slices in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped peaches, half and half, sugar, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. 4. If the ice cream isn't firm enough, transfer it to a sealed container and freeze until fully frozen.
