The base

  • 4 pieces fresh ripe yellow peaches

The sweeteners

  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Freeze the ice cream making bowl for at least 12 hours.
  2. Blend the coconut milk, peaches, maple syrup, and vanilla in a high-speed blender.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 30 more minutes before serving.
