Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bread pan.
- Whisk together all of the wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a larger bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased bread pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the bread is baking, prepare the frosting by blending all frosting ingredients together using a hand mixer.
- Allow the gingerbread loaf to cool completely before frosting it.
- Store the frosted loaf in the fridge.
