Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, ground cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Allow the loaf to cool completely before removing from the pan, then slice and serve.
