The glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs and beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Mix in all other ingredients except for the lemon juice and powdered sugar until moistened.
- Divide the batter between two greased loaf pans and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
- After cooling, mix the lemon juice with powdered sugar to make the glaze and spread it over the loaves.
