Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease three mini loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, buttermilk, brown sugar, molasses, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, and allspice, mixing until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared pans and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- For the streusel, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly, then stir in the pecans.
- Sprinkle the streusel over each loaf and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for a few minutes in the pans before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
