Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and molasses.
- Add in eggs and vanilla, and whisk until combined.
- In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and all spices.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before adding melted white chocolate on top if desired.
