Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut sugar. Add coconut oil and molasses, stirring until well combined.
- Whisk in the warm water.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until completely combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
- While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting by blending the frosting ingredients until smooth. Chill if warm.
- Frost the cake once it is completely cooled.
