Salami and Provolone Phyllo Rolls

Ingredients

The rolls

  • 12 sheets phyllo
  • 4 to 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 slices provolone
  • 12 to 24 slices salami
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

For garnish

  • honey for drizzling
  • cup roasted pistachios, chopped
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Fold a sheet of phyllo in half and brush with melted butter.
  3. Place provolone and salami on the phyllo, then fold in the edges and roll it up like a burrito.
  4. Repeat the process to create a total of 12 rolls, brushing each with melted butter and sprinkling with thyme.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios and flaky sea salt before serving.
