Salami and Provolone Phyllo Rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Fold a sheet of phyllo in half and brush with melted butter.
- Place provolone and salami on the phyllo, then fold in the edges and roll it up like a burrito.
- Repeat the process to create a total of 12 rolls, brushing each with melted butter and sprinkling with thyme.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios and flaky sea salt before serving.
