Ingredients

  • 140 g ginger
  • 1 litre cold water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Clean the ginger and place it in a blender with the cold water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a cheese cloth or strainer.
  4. Transfer the ginger juice to a jug and add the maple syrup, lemon juice, black pepper, and chia seeds.
  5. Mix until combined.
