Instructions
- Add the chicken, butter, broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 2-3 hours or on Low for 5-7 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it to dice or shred.
- Add the pasta to the pot, then return the diced chicken, add Parmesan and spinach.
- Ensure the pasta is covered in sauce, adding more broth or cream if necessary.
- Cook on High until the pasta is soft, stirring occasionally.
