Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker with an aluminum foil collar for easy clean-up.
- Combine 1 ½ cups of chicken broth, ½ cup of Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Add the pasta, remaining 1 cup of broth, and Alfredo sauce, then cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
