Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until golden brown.
- Add sun dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the wine and let it cook until evaporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in whipping cream, pasta, spinach, and Parmesan until combined and spinach wilts.
- Serve with additional Parmesan on top.
