Sun Dried Tomato Pasta with Chicken

Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package directions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in flour and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then add heavy cream and cook until thickened for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and combine it with the chicken mixture in the pan, stirring to coat the pasta in the sauce before serving.
