Ingredients

The pasta

  • 8 oz spaghetti

The sauce

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sun dried tomato oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sun dried tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • cup chicken broth
  • to taste salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • to garnish chives or chopped Italian parsley
  • to taste shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet and add the olive oil and sun-dried tomato oil.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic until aromatic, then add the sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well to combine and dish out the pasta.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives or Italian parsley and shave Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
