Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet and add the olive oil and sun-dried tomato oil.
- Sauté the minced garlic until aromatic, then add the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well to combine and dish out the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped chives or Italian parsley and shave Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
