Thai Turkey Meatballs with Peanut Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into balls, about 2 tablespoons each, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the peanut sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add water to the sauce to achieve the desired consistency.
- Coat the meatballs and zoodles in the peanut sauce or serve the sauce on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
