Baked Turkey Meatballs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Dice the shallot and grate the ginger, then combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a heaping tablespoon, yielding approximately 25 meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add toppings as desired before serving.
