Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients except for the ground turkey, then add the turkey and mix until just combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, form 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 10 minutes until they are barely cooked through, then switch to broil for 1-3 minutes until browned.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by whisking together the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmering for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Toss the meatballs with the sauce before serving, garnishing with additional green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
