Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and green onions until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, form 1-inch meatballs and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 13 to 15 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, combine soy sauce, honey, beef broth, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- If the sauce is too thin, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry and add it to the sauce.
- Once the meatballs are done, coat them with the sauce and serve over brown rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
