The meatballs

The zoodles

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients except tapioca starch in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, green onions, and half of the sauce mixture. Mix and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Spiralize the zucchini into noodles.
- In a skillet, heat zoodles with avocado oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- In a saucepan, heat the remaining sauce, adding tapioca starch, and simmer until thickened.
- Serve meatballs over zoodles, spoon sauce on top, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
