Turkey Meatballs

The meatball mixture

For frying
Instructions
- Combine all meatball mixture ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, yielding about 48 meatballs.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with foil, and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange meatballs on the rack, brush with oil, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- For frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry meatballs in batches until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per batch.
- To freeze, arrange cooked meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, and then transfer to a freezer-safe container.
