Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, onion powder, egg, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Broil the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Transfer the meatballs to the slow cooker and add the marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, and tomato sauce; stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve topped with parsley and additional parmesan cheese.
